(Step 1) Draw oval-ish shape.
(Step 2) Draw oval eyes.
(Step 3) Draw 3 ovals.
(Step 4) Draw curved lines on sides of face.
(Step 5) Draw #3-like shapes.
(Step 6) Draw sideways letter ‘v’ shapes in eyes and 2 lines.
(Step 7) Draw triangles and curved lines.
(Step 8) Draw #6 / #9 -like shapes. Draw a curved line for the smile.
(Step 9) Draw upside down letter ‘U’ shape on top of the head. Draw some curved lines.
(Step 10) Draw sideways ‘?’ shape.
(Step 11) Draw lines.
(Step 12) Draw wiggly line and circles.
(Steps 13-15) draw rectangle shapes.
