Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Draw an oval for the face.

(Step 2) Draw guidelines thru the center of the face to help you place the facial features (draw them lightly as we will erase them at the end).

(Step 3) Draw 2 ovals for eyes.

(Step 4) Draw an oval on Meowth’s forehead. Draw a sideways #3 shape for the mouth.

(Step 5) Draw an upside down letter ‘v’ shape for each ear.

(Step 6) Draw an upside down letter ‘v’ shape in center of each ear. Draw a letter ‘u’ shape for each whisker.

(Step 7) Draw a rounded triangle-like shape for the body.

(Step 8) Draw a sideways letter ‘v’ shape for each arm.

(Step 9) Draw a letter ‘c’ and upside down ‘?’ shape for each leg.

(Step 10) Draw a spiral-like #9 shape for the tail.

(Step 11) Draw a curved line to finish off the tail.
