(Step 1) Draw a sideways #3 shape.
(Step 2) Draw a letter ‘v’ shape at the bottom of it to form a heart.
(Step 3) Draw curvy letter ‘s’ like shapes.
(Step 4-9) Draw more wavy ‘s’-like shapes.
(Step 10) Color in the heart red…darker red at the top and lighter red at the bottom of the heart.
(Step 11) Draw highlights at the top of the heart.
(Step 12) color in red behind all the flames and smudge it.
