How to Draw a Christmas Elf with Easy Steps Drawing Tutorial

Step 1

Lightly draw an oval.

Step 2

Then draw a triangle pizza-slice shape and an upside down letter ‘U’ shape.

Step 3

– Draw a circle nose and a curved line for the mouth.

– Draw 2 squares for the belt buckle.

Step 4

– Draw a letter ‘J’ like shape for each ear.

– Draw backwards number #6 shapes for the eyes.

– Draw 2 curved upwards lines for the belt.

Step 5

– Lightly draw a curved line / half-circle shape below the face.

– Draw letter ‘C’ like shapes within each ear.

– Draw a few circles.

Step 6

– Draw a curved line from ear to ear.

– Draw another curved line above the head, but also from ear to ear.

– Draw letter ‘M’ shapes on the collar.

Step 7

– Draw some letter ‘W’ shaped hairs.

– Draw 2 lines for each arm.

– Draw 2 ovals above the left arm.

– Draw 2  flattened letter ‘v’ shapes on the thighs.

Step 8

– Draw rounded triangles on each foot.

– Connect the 2 ovals with lines.

– Draw a letter ‘V’ shape to finish the collar and another one on the hair line.

– Draw a letter ‘S’ shape and a wavy shape from the bell on the hat to the head.

Step 9

– Draw a number ‘8’ shape on each hand for mittens.

– Draw a circle on each shoe.

Finished Christmas Elf

– Erase the guidelines (that were blue in the tutorial) and darken the lines that you are keeping.
