Big Guide to Drawing Cartoon Face Profiles with Basic Shapes for Kids

Face 1

 

Step 1

Start by drawing a simple question mark (?) like shape.

 

Step 2

Then draw another question mark (?) shape.

Step 3

Draw the top of his head by drawing a sideways letter ‘C’ like shape.

 

Step 4

Draw a letter ‘U’ like shape for his chin.

 

Step 5

Draw his neck and top of his clothing using letter ‘H’ and number ‘3’ shapes. Next you will need to draw two slightly curved lines for his mouth and eyebrow.

 

Step 6

Complete his collar and ear using two question mark (?) shapes. Then draw some lines for his hair.

 

Finished Drawing

Complete the drawing by erasing any extra lines.

 

Face 2

 

Step 1

Start this next face by drawing a question mark (?) shape.

 

Step 2

And draw a second question mark (?) shape.

 

Step 3

Add details to his face by drawing a letter ‘C’ shape and a number ‘2’ shape.

 

Step 4

Draw his mouth and hairline (a letter ‘S’ shape).

 

Step 5

Finish drawing his glasses and then draw his eyebrow and shirt collar.

 

Step 6

Add the final details to the drawing such as hair and inner ear.

Complete the drawing by erasing any extra lines.

 

Face 3

 

Step 1

 

Again start your drawing with a question mark (?) like shape.

 

Step 2

Next draw two question mark (?) like shapes for his nose.

 

Step 3

Draw a number ‘3’ shape and a letter ‘L’ like shape for the outline of his face (chin, ear and upper lip).

 

Step 4

Complete the outline and add details to his face. Then start drawing his jacket collar (number ‘7’ shape).

 

Step 5

Complete his collar and glasses then draw his eyebrow.

 

Step 6

Add details to his hair and ear.

Complete the drawing by erasing any extra lines.
