First you will need to draw an oval-ish shape and draw guidelines within the oval to help place facial features.

First you need to draw the neck, ear, nose and eyes using shapes.

Draw an oval for the eye pupil, mouth and inside the ears. Then start drawing the collar of her blouse.
Step 4
Add some details of her face and then draw the top of her hair. Continue by drawing the outline of her upper body.

Add her freckles and details of her hair.

Thicken some line around her face and add some shadow. Then start drawing her pony tail.
