Today we will show you how to draw Phil Deville from the cartoon series All Grown Up. At 10 years old, Phil is no longer a baby like when he used to appear in Rugrats with his twin sister, Lil. Phil still lovse to be gross and things that are smelly. Learn how to draw Phil with the following simple step to step tutorial.

Step 1

First, draw two triangles shapes with rounded corners (like candy corn), overlapping like a number 8 shape.

Step 2

Use the blue guide shapes to help you draw the left and bottom of the face. Draw a ‘C’ shape with a ‘T’ shape inside for his ear and draw a curve line for the his chin.

Step 3

Next, draw an oval and a circle within for each eye, using the blue guides to help you place them. Then draw a letter ‘J’ shape for his bottom lip.

Step 4

Lightly draw an oval, this is where his hair will be placed. Then draw his hairline using basic letters and number shapes as seen above. Draw an upside down question mark for his nose and a slightly curved line for his upper lip.

Step 5

Now draw his hair, i broke the hair into different shapes to make it easier to draw. Then draw letter ‘L’ shapes for his teeth.
