How to Draw Nintendo’s Baby Yoshi with Easy Step by Step Drawing Tutorial

Today we will show you how to draw Nintendo’s Baby Yoshi  from Super Mario Bros . Hopefully there isn’t already a real baby Yoshi…I just made this little guy up (so don’t be mean about it if you don’t like him). Baby’s have bigger eyes and have bigger heads in comparison to the size of their body.  Learn how to draw this character with the following simple step to step tutorial.

How to Draw Nintendo’s Baby Yoshi with Easy Step by Step Drawing Tutorial

 

Step 1

Start with two circles forming a sideways number ‘8’ shape.

 

Step 2

Now draw two overlapping ovals on top of the number ‘8’ shape.

Step 3

Erase parts of the top ovals to look like the illustration above. Draw two ovals for the eyes and draw a curved line in the center of the eyes as well as ovals for the pupils. Draw a sideway number ‘3’ shape for the eye lids.

 

Step 4

Draw a sideways letter ‘D’ for the body and an oval for the mouth.

 

Step 5

Draw two circle shapes and two inward curves. Draw an oval in the center as shown in the illustration above.

 

Step 6

Draw three ovals for the fingers and the letter ‘C’ shape for the thumb. Draw a sideways number ‘3’ shape for the fist. Draw a letter ‘U’ shape for the thigh.

 

Step 7

Draw two ovals by the fist. An oval and a number ‘3’ shape.

 

Step 8

Add some finishing touches on the shoes, Letter ‘C’ shape, sideways ‘J’ shape and sideways ‘3’ shape.
