Today I’ll show you had to draw the cat from The Simon’s Cat series. If you haven’t checked out Simon’s Cat yet, you can check out the hilarious short videos here. They also have a new Simon’s Cat Game out, which looks fun. This drawing lesson will guide you through all the simple steps for drawing Simon’s Cat. There are almost 20 steps here to make it as easy as possible to follow along. Good luck and have fun. Happy Drawing!
Start off by drawing a circle.
Draw a second circle, but don’t draw the part where they overlap.
Draw dots in the eyes. Draw a sideways “M” shape for the ears.
Draw a curved line for the side of his face.
Draw a “V” shaped nose.
Draw an upside down “U” shape for his mouth.

Draw some lines on the mouth.
Draw a curved line for the bottom of the mouth. Draw 2 lines to finish up the rectangle shape in his mouth.
Fill in some of the areas in black.
Draw a curved line for the cat’s back.
Draw a “C” shape for his height. Draw a sideways “J” shape for the start of his tail.
Draw a backwards “C” shape for his tail.
Draw 2 shapes that almost form a letter “C” shape. Also, draw a line.
Draw a sideways #3 shape for his toes. Also, draw 2 other lines.
Draw a curved line and a “J” shape for his front leg. Draw a backward “C” shape for one of his fingers.
Draw a backward #2 shape as well as a sideways #3 shape.
Draw 2 letter “C” shapes.
Finish up the toes and fingers.
Now your Simon’s cat is done. I hope that yours turned out looking just like mine.
