Today I’ll show you how to draw a super cute version of Marshal, the squirrel from Animal Crossing New Leaf. This version is Kawaii / Chibi style and is a lot easier to learn how to draw and comes out so cute.

Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions
(Step 1) Draw a sideways “C” shape.
(Step 2) Draw a backwards “C” ear.
(Step 3) Now, erase the line inside the ear.
(Step 4) Draw another “C” shaped ear.
(Step 5) Draw the inner ear.
(Step 6) Draw a “J” shaped body. Add a little bit to the right side of the face.
(Step 7) Draw a backwards #3-like shape.
(Step 8) Draw a line on the leg. Draw an oval for each hand.
(Step 9) Draw a shape that looks like a backwards “G”, but without the line.
(Step 10) Draw 2 curved lines.
(Step 11) Draw a sideways “?” shape.
(Step 12) Draw a “W” shape to start off his bangs.
(Step 13) Finish the bangs with a “V” shape. Draw 2 curved lines for his eyes.
(Step 14) Draw another curved line on each eye to thicken the line.
(Step 15) Fill in the eyes. Draw a sideways #3 shape for his mouth.
(Step 16) Draw an oval and a half oval.
(Step 17) We are going to draw a circle, but not in the dotted areas.
(Step 18) Thicken the circle line. Erase the parts of the circle lines that are dotted (if you drew them).
(Step 19) Draw the chips.
(Step 20) Color Marshal in to make him look even cuter.
