Today I’ll show you how to draw a diamond shape. It looks more complicated to draw than it actually is. I will guide you, step by step, to drawing diamonds. Find the instructions below. Happy Drawing!

(Step 1) Draw a “V”-like shape.
(Step 2) Lightly draw a guide line thru the center. This line will be erased later on.
(Steps 3 + 4) Draw 2 more “V” shapes.
(Step 5) Connect the lines, as I have.
(Step 6) Connect again.
(Step 7) Draw 2 lines bending inwards from the 2 center points on the top of the shape.
(Step 8) Draw 2 more lines inwards, from the next 2 points outward on the top of the shape.
(Step 9) Draw a straight line across.
(Step 10) Draw 2 lines that are at the same angle as the ones below it.
(Step 11) Draw another straight line.
(Step 12) Connect the outer points of the diamond.
(Step 13) Connect to the top line.
(Step 14) Now it’s finished.
