(Step 1) Draw a backwards “J” shape.

(Step 2) Draw 2 different sized ovals.

(Step 3)Draw a “C” shape for each ear. Draw an oval in each eye.

(Step 4) Draw a curved line and a “?” shape in the ears.

(Step 5) Draw a few curved lines.

(Step 6) Draw a few curved lines and a “V” shape for the hair.

(Step 7) Draw a sideways “C” shape for the hat. Draw a curved line at the side of the mouth. Draw an “S”-like curve over the ear.

(Step 8) Draw a partial rectangle over the hat. Draw a line next to the ear.

(Step 9) Draw a rectangle and an “S”-like shape.

(Step 10) Draw a few lines.

(Step 11) Draw 2 “L”-like shapes and a curved line.

(Step 12) Draw 4 lines for arms. Draw an upside down “V” shape.

(Step 13) Draw some lines.

(Step 14) Draw curved lines and another upside down “V”.

(Step 15) Draw some lines.

(Step 16) Draw a rectangle and 2 curved lines.

(Step 17) Draw an “L”-like shape and a rectangle.

(Step 18) Draw curved lines for the belt. Don’t draw the blue parts of the lines. Draw a curved line on the right leg.

(Step 19) Draw 2 diamonds and a curved line.

(Step 20) Draw 2 curved lines and 2 rectangles.

(Step 21) Draw 2 sideways “J” shapes for the bottoms of his shoes.

(Step 22) Outline the bottom of each shoe.

(Step 23) Draw sideways “?”-like shapes for fingers.

(Step 24) Draw a curved line and “J” shape on each hand.

(Step 25) Draw “J”-like shapes.

(Step 26) Draw a “J” shape on the left hand and an “S”-like curve on the right hand.

(Step 27) Draw a few curved lines and a backwards “C” shape for the nose.
