Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions
(Step 1) Draw the word “lion”. Turn it on its side. Then draw an oval-ish shape around the “o” and connect it with the side of the “n”.
(Step 2) Make the “l” a bit longer. Turn the “n” into an oval, as I did.
(Step 3) Draw curved lines for the sides of the mouth.
(Step 4) Draw an upside down “?” shape on both sides of the face.
(Step 5) Draw an oval for the left eye. Draw a curved line for the bottom of the chin.
(Step 6) Draw a “c” shape for each ear.
(Step 7) Connect the chin to the sides of the face.
(Step 8) Draw “V” shaped teeth.
(Step 9) Draw a curved line in each ear. Draw a “U” shape around each eye.
(Step 10) Draw a curved line in each eye. Draw a “U” shape for each nostril.
(Step 11) Draw a zig-zag cloud around the face.
(Step 12) Color in the lion.
