Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Draw a #7 shape.

(Step 2) Draw 2 ovals to form a #8 shape for the body of the bird.

(Step 3) Draw a circle for the eye and an oval for the feet.

(Step 4) Draw a triangle for the back wing and a circle inside the eye. Draw a sideways letter ‘V’ shape for part of the branch.

(Step 5) Draw a curved line for the top of the branch. Draw an oval for the bird’s cheek.

(Step 6) Draw a backwards letter ‘C’ shape for the wing. Draw a curved line for the bottom of the branch.
