Today I’ll show you how to draw a cool 3-dimensional paper effect where the edges curl up towards the center. It is pretty easy to learn how to draw, just follow the steps that follow.

Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Lightly draw a rectangle. Some of the rectangle will be erased later.

(Step 2) Draw letter ‘j’ shapes.

(Steps 3-4) Draw curved lines.

(Step 5) Erase some of the lines from step #1.

(Step 6) Lightly shade the paper that looks like a triangle…shade it gray.

(Step 7) Draw some shadow in the center of the letter ‘j’ shapes that you drew.

(Step 8) Shade part of the of the triangles darker.

(Step 9) draw gray shadowing ot the right of the paper to make it look lie that paper is 3-dimensional.
