Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Draw a letter ‘w’ shape.

(Step 2) Draw slanted lines on either side of the ‘w’ shape.

(Step 3) Draw two triangles for each roof.

(Step 4) Draw a letter ‘L’ shape and a line on each roof.

(Step 5) Draw a wavy line for the ground. Draw a triangle on the top of each tower.

(Step 6) Draw 3 lines for each window.

(Step 7) Draw 2 inwards curved lines – these will become the trunk of the tree. Draw lines and half circle for the windows.

(Step 8) Draw an upside down letter ‘U’ shape for each door. Draw 2 lines in each tower.

(Step 9) Draw #9 spiral shapes.

(Step 10) Draw a curved line and lines on each window (in the towers).

(Step 11) Draw lines in the windows of the towers. Draw a letter ‘U’ shape for each bat.

(Step 12) Draw curved lines on the bats.

(Step 13) Outline the spirals on the tree. Draw a letter ‘u’ shape in each bat.

(Step 14) Draw a curved line on the tree. Draw 2 curved lines on each bat.

(Step 15) Draw #3 shapes (with an extra hump) on each wing of each bat.

(Step 16) Draw another #9-like spiral on the tree. Draw a letter ‘U’ shape on the bottom of each bat.

(Step 17) Draw a huge half circle for the moon. Outline the tree spiral.

Color in the moon orange-ish. Fill in black where I have. You now have a silhouetted tree / haunted house / vampire bat scene. I hope that you had fun! Happy Halloween!
