Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Draw an oval-like shape.

(Step 2) Lightly draw guidelines around the shape – as if it were going around a ball. These guidelines will be erased at the end, so draw them very lightly.

(Step 3) Draw a sideways #3 shape for the eyes (using the guidelines to help you place them correctly).

(Step 4) Draw two curved lines for the left arm. Draw a backwards #5 shape for part of the right arm.

(Step 5) Draw a 2 curved lines for the tops of the eyes (they sort of form a letter ‘v’ shape).

(Step 6) Draw two letter ‘j’-like shapes.

(Step 7) Draw a curved line in each eye.

(Step 8) Draw a letter ‘L’ shape for the left foot. Draw a sideways letter ‘C’ shape on the right hand.

(Step 9) Draw 2 curved lines for the right leg.

(Step 10) Draw a curved line on each eye.

(Step 11) Draw a letter ‘c’ for the tip of the left foot. Draw a curved line on the right leg. Draw a backwards letter ‘L’ shape on the right leg.

(Step 12) Draw a curved line on the right foot.

(Step 13) Start drawing the web pattern. Draw some lines…on the right foot the lines form an upside down letter ‘v’ shape.

(Step 14) Draw curved lines that form upside down, curvy letter ‘v’-like shapes.

(Step 15) Draw some curved lines.

(Step 16) Erase guide-lines and color in this cute cartoon Spiderman.
