Turtwig is the green pokemon with a shell on his back and a plant coming out of his head.

Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Draw an oval.

(Step 2) Lightly draw guidelines thru the shape … draw these lines lightly as they will be erased at the end.

(Step 3) Draw 2 ovals for eyes.

(Step 4) Draw a sideways ?-like shape for part of the mouth.

(Step 5) Draw a wavy line to draw right side of mouth.

(Step 6) Draw a #3-like shape at top of head.

(Step 7) Draw a ?-like shape to finish off the top part of head.

(Step 8) Draw an upside down letter ‘v’ shape on top of the head.

(Step 9) Draw a leaf shape for the leaf coming out of the head.
