How to Draw Cute Baby Chibi Kawaii Tiana the Disney Princess

Today I will show you how to draw a chibi / kawaii Disney princess called Tiana. Tiana is the main character from Disney’s Princess and the Frog. We based this chibi Tiana from the Toy Tiana in the Funko Blind Box Mystery Disney Princesses Action Figures. So if you like this, I think you would probably like that toy.

I will guide you thru this baby Tiana drawing tutorial with easy to follow steps. In fact, we have broken down this lesson into almost 20 steps to make it as easy as possible for you to learn how to draw. Have fun!

Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Draw an oval for the head.

(Step 2) Draw guidelines thru the head.

(Step 3) Draw a circle for each eye. Draw a letter ‘Y’ below her head.

(Step 4) Draw a #3 for each curl. Draw 2 lines for her neck.

(Step 5) Draw another #3 to finish off those curls. Draw a circle in each eye. Draw a letter ‘w’ under her neck…draw a curved line on either side of the ‘Y’ shape for step #3.

(Step 6) Draw a curved line over each eye. Draw a sideways letter ‘L’ shape for each shoulder. Draw a line on the ‘W’ shape for step #5. Draw a circle on right side of body.

(Step 7) Draw a curved line on the head for part of the tiara. Draw a curved line for her smile. Draw another #3 shape for the curl on her right side. Draw a sideways #3 shape under the circle from step #6.

(Step 8) Draw another #3 shape to finish off the curl. Draw two letter ‘v’ shapes on her hips.

(Step 9) Draw ovals of different sizes around her neck (for her necklace). Draw another #3 shape on the flower.

(Step 10) Draw a curved line for part of the tiara’s headband. Draw a curved line for bottom of smile.

(Step 11) Draw a letter ‘v’-like shape for the arms. Draw a curved line for bottom of dress.

(Step 12) Draw a curved line on forehead for hair-line. Draw a letter ‘W’-like shape on waist.

(Step 13) Draw letter ‘m’-like shapes for top of tiara. Draw curved lines on side of dress. Draw lines for eye lashes.

(Step 14) Draw letter ‘v’-like shapes for leaves.

(Step 15) Draw an upside down letter ‘v’ shape on tiara. Draw letter ‘W’ shapes on dress.

(Step 16) Draw a few curved lines on head. Draw more letter ‘v’ shaped leaves.

(Step 17) Draw a curved line on the dress and another ‘v’ shape for one of the leaves.

(Step 18) Draw one last leaf. Also…I forgot to draw it in, but as you see on Step #19, draw an upside down letter ‘U’ shape for her nose.

(Step 19) Color in Tiana.
