Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Draw a #8 shape.

(Step 2) Lightly draw guidelines through the top part (the face). These will be erased later.

(Step 3) Draw circles for eyes.

(Step 4) Draw a circle in each eye. Draw a sideways #3 shape for the collar.
