(Step 1) Write an Uppercase Capital Letter I.
(Step 2) Draw a curved letter at top of turtle. Draw a #3-shaped foot.
(Step 3) Draw a circle for an eye. Draw 2 legs.
(Step 4) Draw a letter ‘v’ shape in the eye (for the highlight). Draw a curved line for the mouth. Draw curved lines on the turtle’s back for the pattern.Draw a curved line for the back foot. Draw lines in the front feet.
