How to Draw Baby Cartoon Duck with the Word Duck Simple Step by Step Drawing Lesson for Kids

Written-Out Step by Step Instructions

(Step 1) Draw the word “DUCK” in a line, straight down. Then turn paper in the other direction, so the word is on its side.

(Step 2) Draw a sideways letter ‘C’ shape for the duck’s body…it should surround the ‘U’ and the ‘C’. Then draw a much smaller, backwards letter ‘c’ shape at the far left.

(Step 3) Draw a curved line for the duck’s head. Draw 2 lines for the bottom of the duck’s body. Draw a rain drop shape on the duck’s butt and draw a backwards letter ‘c’ shape for the duck’s back thigh.

(Step 4) Draw ovals for eyes. And draw rain drop shapes for feathers. Draw a letter ‘K’ for the back foot.

(Step 5) draw curved lines for hairs on top of ducky’s head. Draw lines in duck’s beakand over his eyes for eye brows.

(Step 6) Color in the ducky if you want to.
