How to Draw a Cartoon Girl from the Word Girl Simple Step by Step Drawing Lesson for Kids

Written-Out Step-by-Step Instructions
(Step 1) Write out the lowercase letters – g, i, r, and l for the word “girl”.
(Step 2) Draw a curved line over the letter ‘g’ to form the left eye. Then draw a letter ‘j’ shape at the bottom of ‘r’ to also form part of the right eye. Then draw a backwards letter ‘s’ like curve for the left side of the face.
(Step 3) Draw a curved line in the right eye. Draw a curved line for the smile. Draw a curved line connecting the ‘l’ with the left side of the face.
(Step 4) Draw a letter ‘W’ shape for the bangs. Draw letter ‘c’ shapes for ears. Draw a sideways letter ‘c’ shape for the nose. Draw 2 lines for the neck. Draw an oval in each eye.
(Step 5) Fill in the eyes. Draw 2 curved lines for forehead. Draw a curved line over each eye for brows. Draw a curved line for the bottom of each pony tail. Draw a letter ‘c’ shape in each ear.
(Step 6) Draw a sideways letter ‘s’ shape over each pony tail. Draw a curved line over the head for the top of the hair.
(Step 7) Color in the little girl if you choose to.
