Draw curved lines on top of eyes.

Outline top of nose.

Erase circles in the eyes.

Draw ‘U’ shapes in the eyes.

Step 9 : To Make Open Mouthed Skull

To make open mouthed skull…just erase the bottom chin. Then draw a curved rectangle shape to the left / bottom of skull.
