A pagoda is a tiered building that has origins in Eastern Asia. Sometimes Pagodas are Hindu or Buddhist temples, but sometimes they are just tiered towers that don’t have to have religious origins. If you have ever wanted to learn how to draw a pagoda, then here is your chance. This is a simple step by step tutorial for drawing a cartoon pagoda…and is especially great for kids who want to learn.
Start off by drawing 2 parallel lines in the middle of your paper. They look like the number ’11’.
Now draw several upward curved lines.
[ad#draw]
Now draw a few horizontal lines, as well as one vertical line at the top of the building.
Now is when the pagoda starts to take shape. connect the curved lines and the horizontal lines above them with smaller curved lines…as seen in the picture above.
Now add a few more details.
And a few more and then you have a beautiful pagoda. You can add your own special touches, every pagoda is a little bit different.
