Draw a letter ‘U’ shape under the shirt.

Draw two outward lines and connect them with a wiggly line and then draw zig-zags for hay coming out of the bottom.
Draw a rope that is tied at the bottom of the scarecrow by drawing a few curved lines. Draw straps by drawing a tall letter ‘U’ shape, and then draw circles for the buttons.
Now just draw the overalls’ bib and you are done!
