First, draw a circle and a ‘V’ shape for the chin.
Next, draw an upside down triangle that looks like a slice of pizza.

Then draw a circle around the head and draw ovals arms.
Lightly draw basic shapes for the hair.
Then draw some very basic lines and shapes for the pants, shoes and hands.
Now use the shapes in the previous shape as a guide and fill in the details.
Add more details.
Erase the extra lines and guides shapes.
