Step 6
Draw Raikou’s face. Sharp tusks at the bottom and a star shaped mask.
Step 7
Draw little C’s for the edge of his mane.
Step 8
Add his paws and rough edges to simulate fur.
Step 9
Do the same for the hind legs.
Step 10
Add his tattoos and his jagged tail.
Step 11
Erase your guide lines and there’s Raikou.
Finished Drawing
