Face : Step 3

To draw the teeth…just look at it in a simpler way – the teeth all look like upside down letter ‘U’s…and you know how to draw those. Draw a letter ‘c’ in the ear (highlighted in red). Close off the bandanna’s tail with a line…and draw a letter ‘T’ or Triangle in each eye.

Face: Finished

This is what your Funky Kong’s face should look like now.

Step 6

Next draw his muscular arms and chubby hands. His left hand’s fingers are simply ovals. To make drawing the right hand simpler…just notice the letters in them … that is how I draw…and kids seem to like learning that way. On his right hand, the thumb looks like a number ’13’. The next finger looks like a capital letter ‘B’. Then next finger looks like a capital letter ‘G’…the next like a ‘C’…and the next like another ‘G’. Isn’t that simple if you think of the hand that way?

Step 7

After that draw his clothes: Ripped shorts and a tank top.

Step 8

Add his feet next. Draw each toe like you would a grape. The toes all look like letter ‘C’s….that isn’t difficult at all to draw…you can do it.

Step 9

Add rough edges to his wrists and feet, and give him a furry complexion! You’re done. I hope that your Donkey Kong (Funky Kong) turned out amazing!!!
