Step 1
Start with a small oval on top of a larger one.
Step 2
Draw Glenn’s skinny body.
Step 3
Add in his thin arms.
Step 4
Now draw his legs and feet.

To help you draw Quagmire’s facial features, I broke it down into shapes that you know how to draw already…numbers and letters. Draw a number ‘5’ shape for the mouth. A fancy letter ‘J’ for the nose (or a sideways cursive letter ‘C’ if you prefer to see it that way). Draw a letter ‘S’ for the left side of his hair.
