How to Draw Cartoon Otters with Easy Instructional Step by Step Drawing Tutorial

Step 1

Start off drawing the cartoon otter by lightly sketching some basic shapes…start with 2 ovals.

Step 2

Now add 2 more ovals.

Step 3

Now add 2 more ovals and 2 triangles.

Step 4

Now draw zig-zag ‘M’ shaped fur all around the body of the otter.

Step 5

Now draw the tail by drawing a big, sideways letter ‘v’. To draw the feet and hands…just draw letter ‘j’ and letter ‘m’ shapes.

Step 6

Draw draw the head…draw it in the top oval. Draw a sideways letter ‘J’ shape for the smile. A black circle with a white circle inside of it for the eye. Draw a letter ‘c’ for the ear.

Step 7

Draw a sideways number ‘2’ for the nose.

Step 8

Finish the nose by drawing a sideways letter ‘J’ shape for the top of the nose.

Step 9

Draw fur by drawing zig-zags all over the face.
