Step 1

step 1. Create the basic shapes of the face. Draw an oval ish shape for the head, add semicircles for the eyes,  nose and mouth, then circles for the ears..

step 2.  The body.  Create 2 curved lines under the head, then add a semicircle for the body. Draw 2 lines with circles for the arms, and also legs.

step 3. Draw a semicircle around the head, then add a curved shape with lines for the hat.
