How to Draw Madame Foster from Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends Drawing Lesson

Today we will show you how to draw Madame Foster from the cartoon television show, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends. She is the old lady from the show who imagined up, Mr. Herriman (the bunny). How to Draw Madame Foster from Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends Step by Step Drawing Lesson

Step 1

Draw a circle then make an upside down curved letter ‘v’ for the hair bangs.

Step 2

Roughly sketch 2 circles with a line in between them.

Step 3

Draw a sideways letter ‘J’ for the arms of the glasses. Draw an upside down letter ‘u’ for 2 dots inside of it, for the nose.

Step 4

Draw a letter ‘w’ with an extra hump for the mouth. Draw a curved line under the left eye.

Step 5

If you are coloring in Madame Foster, color the glasses, light blue. Draw another curved line on the right side of the face, and draw a backwards letter ‘J’ on the chin. Draw the bun.

Step 6

Draw nicer circles on the glasses and draw 2 circles for the pupils…the right one bigger.

Step 7

Cut away the parts of the circles that are outside of the glasses. Draw wrinkles … if you are using color, draw them slightly darker than the face that you drew the face in. The hair is gray.

Step 8

Start drawing the shirt…basically a rectangle…with the center as yellow (for the underlying shirt). Draw a sideways letter ‘v’ for the left arm. Draw the right arm as well.

Step 9

Draw a purple rectangle for the skirt.

Step 10

Draw 2 tan triangles for the legs. Draw a letter ‘J’ like shape for the left hand. Draw a rectangle with an oval at the top of it, for the right arm and hand.

Step 11

Draw 2 black triangles at the bottom of the tan triangles – they look like pencil tips. Now draw black outlines…the hands’ fingers are like little ovals … or as if they were number ‘3’s.

Step 12
