How to Draw Koffing from Pokemon in Easy Step by Step Drawing Lesson
Step 1
1) Start with a circle with a cross section.
Step 2
2) Add some miscellaneous circles around the main circle for the smoke puffs.

3) Draw in half circles for the eyes and mouth
Step 4
4) Draw some curved rectangles around the body for the exhausts. Draw in his two fangs, and the crossbone design at the chest.
