1) Draw an oblong and run a cross along where you want the Oddish to be facing.
2) Place 2 petal shaped curves below the shape to make its legs.
3) Oddish has leaves for hair, so draw three of those above the head.
4) Add 2 more leaves behind the first three to complete the top.
5) Add the face and mouth based on the cross drawn beforehand.
6) Erase the excess lines to complete your Oddish.
