Do you want to learn how to draw an adorable bunny rabbit (hare)? Here is a great bunny rabbit cartooning tutorial that will show you how to draw one in several illustrated steps. This hare is sitting like the Disney Thumper but it is a different character.
How to Draw Cartoon Bunny Rabbits and Hares with Simple Step by Step Drawing Lesson
Step 1
Step 1) firstly, for the head draw an egg-like shape, slightly inclined to the right, then in the upper half of the shape draw smaller egg with a circle for the eye, then following the contour of the eye draw the eye-brow . On the middle of the left side of the head draw the hare’s nose
Step 2
Step 2) on the lower part of the head draw a chick in a shape of a leaf
Step 3
Step 3) for tips of the ears of the hare mark two points about 2 and 2 and a half heads width to the right from the head, like you see on the picture
Step 4
Step 4) draw the ear
Step 5
Step 5) when you have ears drawn, diagonally from the bottom of the head to the right on 1 hare’ head width and down to 1 hare’s head height mark a point, as it is sown on the picture. Also make another mark at the point situated about 1 and a half hare’s head heights below the head and a bit to the left (see the picture)
Step 6
Step 6) Draw the egg-shaped body like you see on the picture.
Step 7
Step 7) Now, draw lines for the legs and one more egg for the tail 🙂
Step 8
Step 8) Draw the feet, the neck, the leg, and add more detail to the ear.
Step 9
Step 9) Now, continue to add more detail to draw hands, fingers, whiskers and ears. Try to make the lines look smooth.
Step 10
Step 10) Now, erase all unnecessary lines, as shown on the picture, and continue adding more detail to the hare.
Step 11
Clean up your drawing, make all the lines look smooth and neat, erase all the lines we don’t need any more.
That’s it! Now, the drawing is ready for coloring!
Step 12
If you want to colorize your bunny rabbit drawing, then this is the stage to do that. Show off your little thumper drawing to everyone you know.

Excellent! Came in handy for a project at coolege. And to the others that mentioned the lines, they are there as guides. Use them lightly of course). I didn’t at first, then when I did, everything improved way better in perspective and scale.
And now I’m the proud owner of an adorable little bunny rabbit . . . or hare =D
