Drawing Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh Series in Easy Steps Tutorial

Eeyore is a cute, sad, depressed donkey in the Winnie the Pooh Series of books, shows, and movies. Today I will show you how to draw Eeyore with this simple-to-follow step by step drawing tutorial for kids and others .

How to Draw Eeyore with Easy Step by Step Drawing Lessons for Kids

Step 1

Firstly, lightly sketch these 2 linked ovals / circles – sort of like a number ‘8’.

Step 2

Then draw 2 ovals linked for the right ear and one large oval for the left ear. Draw guidelines on the face as seen above, to help place Eeyore’s facial features.

Step 3

Now darken the edges of the ears. Draw the nostrils …the left one looks like a backwards letter ‘p’. Draw Eeyore’s lips as 2 sideways letter ‘J’s.  Start drawing the hairline as a sideways letter ‘w’.

Step 4

Lightly sketch a big oval for Eeyore’s body. Put in some more details in the face such as the stitching. Draw a backwards, capital letter ‘D’ for the left eye….start drawing the right eye by drawing a letter ‘u’. Draw ovals for the legs now.

Step 5

Lightly sketch the start of the tail by drawing 2 letter ‘s’ shapes. Draw letter ‘M’ like shapes, for zig-zag-like shaped mane.

Step 6

Now use the letter ‘s’ like shapes that we drew for the tail to make the tail. draw 2 triangles for the bow and then round it off like 2 number ‘3’ shapes.

Step 7

This is what Eeyore looks like before coloring him in.

Step 8
