Lightly sketch the basic shapes that make up Stewie’s figure. This is basically a stick figure of Stewie.
So now form the outside of the head / face … which is basically a football shape. Draw both ears.
Draw a circle for each eye. Draw a line for each eyebrow. Draw a sideways letter ‘v’ for the nose. Draw the upper lip as a sideways number ‘7’ like shape.
Draw the hairs. Draw the eyelids and a circle in both eyes.
Now put form / mass around the stick figure body.
Draw the overalls. Draw the hands.
Draw the shoes and toy gun.
Put more details into the toy gun.
Finish up the rings on the gun.
Erase lines that you don’t need anymore and darken the outlines.
Finish up Stewie by coloring him in.
