Step 7

Draw a circle with a bubble letter ‘M’ inside of it. Also draw the rest of the rim of the cap.

Step 8

Draw a sideways letter ‘u’ that is closed. Draw a backwards number ‘3’ shape.

Step 9

Draw a rectangle below the chin. Draw a circle to the right of the arm. Draw a backwards letter ‘J’ for the thumb. Also draw 2 ovals – look like Mickey Mouse’s gloves.

Step 10

re-draw the circular stomach / body with more confident lines. Also draw a much smaller circle to the left, and below the rectangle.

Step 11

Draw an oval to the right of the button. Draw a sideways letter ‘E’ shape or you could also look at it as a letter ‘M’ shape.

Step 12

Draw a curvy letter ‘M’ shape on the right shoe and a backwards letter ‘J’ shape on the left shoe.

Step 13

Now draw the right fist as a number ‘3’ like shape with another curve right next to it. On the right shoe draw a backwards number ‘3’ shape to finish off the shoe. Draw a rectangle for the sole on the left shoe.

Step 14

Finish off the right hand now.

Step 15 – Finished Drawing of Classic Mario / Paper Mario Bros

The last step is about drawing a very wide thick black line all around the figure and in between parts of the body as pictured above. With the addition of the large black lines, your mario will look like the old fashioned, classic Mario that you remember as a kid. Now you just have to erase lines that you don’t need.
