Step 14
Now draw Tom’s left shoulder and arm by drawing a capital letter ‘E’ like shape.
Step 15
Now draw Tom’s left hand by drawing a rectangle like shape that isn’t finished being drawn on the bottom left of it.
Step 16
Now finish drawing the paw by drawing a bunch of ‘j’ like shapes for the fingers.
Step 17 – Finished Tom from Tom and Jerry Drawing
Now you just have to draw a line for the table Tom is leaning on and then erase lines that you don’t need and outline the ‘correct’ lines with a black pen or marker. Making thick, interesting lines instead of the thin pencil lines makes quite a difference in the end result, doesn’t it? If you are having problems figuring out which lines to erase, then reference my drawing (above) for help. Now you will have an amazing cartoon Tom drawing to show off to your friends.

it was fun drawing him and it challanged me because it made me come out of my comfort zone which my art teacher tells us to do. It was easy untill i got to his ear i just couldn’t get it right, but other than that i love this website oh and TOM AND JERRY FOR LIFE=)

Tom was not that difficult to draw and I only had to adjust my drawing a few times; but it was fun drawing him. As a kid I watched Tom and Jerry all the time after school instead of doing my homework, ha, ha.
Don’t worry – I did the same thing…after fighting my sister for the remote control while she was trying to watch Electric Company or something else that I hated. haha.
