Do you want to learn how to draw AJ (one of Timmy Turner’s friends) from the Fairly Odd Parents? I have put together a step-by-step tutorial that will help you figure out how to draw AJ by using simple shapes to build up AJ’s form. This is an intermediate cartooning tutorial that kids, teens, and adults will enjoy. Even some younger children might be able to draw AJ if you stand by to help with the instructions. Enjoy!

The above picture of a cartoon AJ from Fairly Odd Parents is what we will be drawing step by step today. Find this drawing tutorial below. Get out a piece of paper, a pencil, and a black marker. Good luck.

Step 1

First draw 2 circles. The one on the right should be slightly smaller.

Step 2

Now draw a smaller circle inside each circle and fill it in. Now draw an oval in between both of the eyes.  Draw 2 upside down letter ‘U’s for the nostrils.

Step 3

The blue line in this picture is to show you placement (so don’t draw it). It is to show you that the right side of the mouth is vertically at the same point as the right side of AJ’s pupil. For the mouth draw a small circle with a curved upward line for AJ’s smile.

Step 4

Now draw AJ’s freckles and eyebrows. Draw 3 small circles to the left of the eye. Draw 2 downward slanted rectangles for AJ’s eyebrows.

Step 5

Now draw AJ’s face line by drawing a circle.

Step 6

The blue line is to show you the placement of AJ’s ears. Start drawing the ears along the same horizontal line as the bottom of AJ’s pupils. Draw the ears as a letter ‘C’ and as a backwards letter ‘C’. For the left ear draw a backwards number ‘6’ in the ear. For the right ear, draw a number ‘6’ inside the ear.
