Step 14
Now draw Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s left hand. This is a bit complicated but look at the gray rectangle that the hand fits in to see the basic shape and this might help you visualize what you need to draw.

Now draw Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s right hand.
Step 16
Now draw Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s oval-shaped shoes.
Step 17
This is what Dr. Doofenshmirtz should look like so far. Now you just have to erase lines that you don’t need and outline the ‘correct’ lines with a pen or marker. If you are having problems figuring out which lines to erase, then reference my drawing (below) for help. Now you will have an amazing cartoon Dr. Doofenshmirtz drawing from Disney’s Phineas and Ferb to show off to your friends.
