Step 6
Add Joe’s face. He has a crew cut, small ears and round ping pong ball eyes. Finish it off with a strong triangular nose.
Step 7
Draw in the details for Joe’s clothes.
Step 8
Add in the spokes for the wheelchair, the creases for Joe’s pants and a nice pair of loafers.
Step 9
Erase your guides and there’s Joe fresh out of Quahog PD.
Step 10
